Deposits, Cancellations & Lateness Policy
- All massage appointments require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
- If you are within 15 minutes late, the session will be shortened based on the length of
delay and the duration of the booked treatment. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and your deposit will
be lost. - A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
- If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will not be returned.
