All massage appointments require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
If you are within 15 minutes late, the session will be shortened based on the length of
delay and the duration of the booked treatment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and your deposit will
be lost.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will not be returned.
